The Griffin offers all of the amenities that a business will need and want when they make this building the home for their office. A significant portion of the building has been allocated to common areas and features that we know are important to business owners. But since these amenities are shared by all of the businesses in our small community, you pay a fraction of the cost compared to having them within your own suite.
A place where deals are sold and signed. All of our private office tenants can meet with their clients here and we have an easy scheduling tool to make sure it's available when you plan to use it. WIFI and a large screen monitor are available for presentations and interactive meetings.
We have a large break room at the entrance to the building. There are tables and chairs as well as counter seating when you want lunch away from your computer screen. We have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and small oven – easy to make yourself at home here!
The building owner is a national park junkie so the walk to your office will be complemented with some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. And if you need to plan a national park hiking trip, you’ll have access to your tour guide :).
If you have leased an office in the past, it can be a headache if there is an issue or question. The Griffin is an owner managed building and all tenants have direct access to the owner via cell or email. When the building owner is managing the property, you can expect things to be taken care of at a much higher standard.
When you gotta go you gotta go, but why not go in style. We have upgraded finishes in our restrooms and have both mens and ladies restrooms on both floors. Also, one upstairs restroom includes a shower – perfect for that mid day run or workout.
All common areas are cleaned on a regular basis. If you want to schedule your office to be cleaned at the same time, that option is available as well.
While this isn't really an amenity, accessibility is such a significant factor when you think about the convenience of getting to and from the office that it is worth mentioning here. From I-75, you exit at 267A which points you north on the Hwy 5 Connector. Take your first right and go a qtr mile to the West Oak Center and North Point Business Park.
All tenants are identified with their logo on the front door of the unit, on a marquee directory inside the lobby, and on their individual office door.
